" We just wanted to tell your dealership what a pleasure it was
to buy a boat from Jim Stacklie. He was in constant contact with us to
ensure that the boat was what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay and
made sure everything was in perfect condition when we came to pick it up
on the pre-arranged day.
We had to bring the boat, motor and trailer back to Canada through customs
and he made sure that all of the paperwork was in order so we had no
problems at all at the border.
We certainly don't intend to buy another boat in the near future, but if
we did, we would definitely contact Jim again and will recommend him and
your dealership to our friends and family.

Thank you for repairing my Yamaha outboard and for assisting in dealing with the Yamaha technical people on the warranty issues. I have operated the motor after you repaired it and it works great. Previously, it didn't work well at all and occasionally leaked gas from the carbs and started and operated poorly. These issues continued from the time I purchased the motor from another dealer. Russell Bruyere was very helpful assisting me with the problems I had with the motor, checking the motor and contating Yamaha regarding repairs. Thanks to Russell. When the time comes to purchase a new motor, boat, services and/or parts I will be dealing with you people. I will recommend you to other fellow boating people as well. Thank you."

"The is an excellant marine center. Everything is first rate. I have used this business for years. I recently purchased a new Yar Craft 186TFX. Bob was very helpful with the ordering, keeping me posted on the progress, and being sure the finished boat was rigged the way I wanted it. Mike was very knowledgeable picking out and installing a new Portalift for the new boat. Russell did a great job rigging the boat and correcting some minor problems that came up. I would recommend Grand Rapids Marine for all of your boating needs."
